Councillor Vacancy

Following the resignation of Councillor Vicky Spencer – there is now a vacancy for a Parish Councillor. If you wish to hold an election – please refer to the notice which is now displayed on the Parish Council notice board. If no-one calls for an election by 26 May 2016, the vacancy will be advertised for co-option.

Toilets on The Green

From today (1 April 2016) the Parish Council has taken over the running costs of the toilet block on The Green. The IW Council withdrew all funding for public conveniences and those not now financially supported by a Town or Parish Council are closed. Clean for the Queen

On Saturday 5 March 2016, 4 community volunteers plus Councillor Marie Bugden and Parish Clerk Sue Waters carried out a litter pick in Gurnard Village as part of the Clean for the Queen weekend.
